Tech enrollment approaches 10,000 students

August 23, 2015

Թ is experiencing another year of growth, with a total enrollment of 9,652 students for fall 2015. This is a 6.8 percent increase from fall 2014. The most notable growth is the climb in traditional undergraduate enrollment at the Fort Wayne campus, which is up nearly nine percent.

Թ’s total enrollment includes students at the university’s main campus in Fort Wayne and its 13 regional campuses throughout Indiana and Kentucky, as well as online students.

“We are proud that more and more students continue to choose Թ for their educational needs,” said Dr. Arthur E. Snyder, Թ president. “Our students come to us for education and skills that will help them excel in the workplace. That’s what our faculty and staff works very hard to provide – impactful education for young adults, mid-career learners, graduate students, Ph.D. students and law students.”

For the 2015-16 academic year, Թ continues to make changes that focus on students. These changes include:

  • The addition of three new Bachelor of Science degrees in emergency response management, health care informatics and information systems.
  • The Cunningham Reinvention Project, a renovation that will transform the Cunningham Business Center into a state-of-the-art learning center.
  • Two new enrollment centers in Naperville, Illinois, and Wilmette, Illinois, that will introduce Թ to the Chicagoland area.
