Congratulations to Phebe E. In choosing the recipient, several things are considered, including years of service, impact, leadership and character. Â
Poydras received the award during the NAACP’s 70th Marjorie D. Wickliffe Freedom Fund Banquet, which was at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, Thursday, Sept. 10.
